The Intro to Ag and the 7th grade Ag classes completed a cheese lab, where they had to evaluate the cheese on appearance, texture, smell, and taste. Some students enjoyed the cheese and others didn’t.

Mrs. Hartwig’s Preschoolers used their sense of taste to describe how apples tasted. Then, they had to figure out what kind of apple was their favorite...Red Delicious, Granny Smith, or Golden Delicious. Red Delicious was their overall favorite!
